Product Questions
Where do your drinks come from?
All of our drinks are proudly crafted in Tasmania using locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. From pure spring water to juicy fruit blends – it's the best of the island in every bottle!
Are your products Australian made?
Yes – 100%! Every product from our range is made in Tasmania, with many ingredients sourced directly from Tasmanian farms and springs.
Why is there sediment in my drinks?
This is normal, safe and naturally occurring, it isn't mould.
Juice - Sediment often forms in unclarified juice made from real whole, fresh fruit ingredients due to separation. This happens because the denser components of fruit - like fibers, pulp, and even proteins - settle outside of the liquid and gather at bottom. The sediment is usually what contains all the nutrients from the fruit and vegetables. Remove the peel cap, give it a shake, and the sediment should dissipate.
Caroline's - These chunks are the live cultures of probiotics thriving and functioning with prebiotics healthily. This effect can be exasperated by the Apple Cider Vinegar and/or Ginger Extract we use in the drink. Some call this SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture Of Bacteria and Yeast) or "the Mother". They essentially form a home and are the byproduct of beneficial bacteria, which after consumption provide health benefits. Give the bottle a shake to help some of it dissipate.
Should I refrigerate my drinks?
Doesn't Matter! All our products don't require refrigerated storage and are delivered ambient (room temperature). You are free to choose whether you store your purchases at room temperature or refrigerate them.
Shipping and Delivery Questions
How much does shipping & delivery cost?
Within Metro Melbourne, we hand deliver directly to you for $10. This is to help cover our petrol costs.
Outside of Metro Melbourne, we rely on Sendle and their couriers to deliver to you. Sendle calculates their own delivery fees based on weight and location. Fees are generally as follows:
Major Cities - $20
Regional - $30
Remote - $40+
How will my order be delivered?
Local Hand Delivery in Metro Melbourne
Ideally, we will text or call you at some point to find the best time that suits you for a hand delivery. If you prefer contactless delivery or prefer us to leave your order at your door or in a safe place, that can also be arranged.
Outside Metro Melbourne
Orders outside of Melbourne are ATL (Authorised to Leave) deliveries handled by Sendle and their couriers. This means they will place your order in a safe place on your property, ring the doorbell, and then leave.
How long will I have to wait to receive my order?
Local Delivery - We aim to deliver Metro Melbourne orders within 1 week under normal circumstances. Please understand that we have a very limited team and be aware that deliveries may not be during typical working hours and may take until the weekend to deliver your order.
Sendle Delivery - In our experience, Sendle has been able to deliver to remote areas of Australia within 3 working weeks. So within 1-3 weeks is typical for Regional and Interstate orders.
Stock Availability - Lacking a large warehouse on the Mainland, stock issues may occur while waiting for replenishment to arrive. Your understanding is most appreciated if your order is not in stock and requires a longer wait than expected for delivery.
Some of my items weren't delivered?
We ship all your cases on the same day, but they each have their own delivery label or tracking number. This may mean you receive your items separately, possibly even on different days. Stay patient, and keep an eye out for any messages from delivery services.
